Missing Shipment

Not happy as I did not receive my order. After inquiring about it, I was given an RSPS Tracker which showed delivery to my facility, but no one here acknowledges receipt. They could not provide a signature of who received it and I was told to ask my neighbors to see if it was delivered there. We are a manufacturing facility situated in a residental neighborhood. I cannot possibly do that . This turned out to be a big waste of time and money.

Great Ribbon

We print a lot of ID's for employees and this ribbon is great. Never had any problem and the colors turn out great. Will by again in the future.
