I'm liking it!
By Mr Shay
The new HP deskjet is easy to use and easy to setup. It didn't take much time at all. My laptop found it immediately and I was using it soon after I installed the ink cartridges and printed out a couple of test pages and a scan.

Nice, inexpensive all-in-one
By F. L. OKelley
I didn't purchase this printer from Amazon, but I do recommend this for use with mobile devices that can access e-print technology.

I have an older wireless printer that works great and has served me well for the last three-four years. What the older printer won't do is let me print from my mobile devices.

This one was not terribly expensive, has a fairly compact footprint, was very easy to set up, and works flawlessly with mobile devices. It also uses one black cartridge and one tri-color cartridge. (This was actually a "pro" for me instead of a "con.") The one thing I wish it had that it does not have is the duplex feature. This means if you print two-sided, you must turn the documents around and re-insert them into the printer tray to be fed back through a second time for the opposite side. While I love the duplex feature and have become very accustomed to it, this wasn't a deal-breaker since this isn't my primary printer, mostly my printer for mobile devices.

For the price, the ease of setting up and ease of use is worth it.

Worst online experiance I've ever had!
By Moto
1. This item does not support Windows 8 which is my operating platform, although that is not mentioned in the product description.
2. When the item arrived, it was very poorly packaged, actually only wrapped in what looked like cut brown paper sacks and scotch tape. Addresses were scrawled in magic marker etc. A very unprofessional presentation.
3. When return was requested, seller would not except return, but told me to contact HP to see if a driver was available to make it work with my equipment, no one wants to pay full price only to be told "Make Do".
4. Although Amazon's return policy had a provision for no longer wanted or needed, seller continued to refuse to provide a return label, and even mentioned "By the way, I paid $14 dollars to send it to you." again a very unprofessional presentation.
5. Amazon was kind enough to refund my purchase price and requested a prepaid return label be provided or I would dispose of the unusable printer. His response was to just E-mail me his business address and insist that I return the item at my expense. I explained that that course was unacceptable since policy required free return of items that were undamaged etc.
Tagirbaghdad's tone during the entire exchange was uncooperative and adversarial instead of supportive and reassuring.
Suffice it to say I will never deal with "Tagirbaghdad" or recommend their services again.
