These were advertised to be new

I ordered these cartridges as new cartridges. They were pictured in retail packaging but arrived in a pure white unlabeled bubble wrap. The label on the individual cartridges appeared to be genuine HP. When I installed them, they all were identified by my printer as "HP cartridges that have previously been used". I don't know yet how these will perform, but I'm not pleased that I ordered cartridges that were presented as new HP cartridges and I end up with refilled ones, and no idea what kind of ink.

The worse product I ever bought from Amazon..... It's a scum

I bought this product from Amazon because I had ordered an HP Officejet Printer. I thought I would need some extra ink cartridges to go with the printer so ordered these HP 951 cartridges which was advertised with the printer. First of all the product was advertised as an original HP ink displayed in an original HP packaging and was suppose to be new. The product came rapped in brown paper, not even an envelope,a brown paper and taped at the end, with the tape seal broken. The inks had no seal on the electronic side. They looked as if they have been well used and am even scared to try them on my printer. To my disgust it is clearly marked on the cartridges NOT FOR RESALE. Then they put a small paper notice in the box saying "help the planet by going box-less, if you are unsatisfied with the product the retail box can be shipped separately". Yeah right, I am dump to ask them ship it separately.
My shock is how can Amazon allow this product to be sold on it website. Did they do any background check on this bogus vendor or any form of due diligence. This is a serious scum and this goes beyond fraud. Customer should not be left to this kind of vulnerability.
What will drive anyone to this level of desperation and blatant steeling from innocent customers. I am really disappointed because I am such a loyal customer of Amazon and never expected this scare of a service. I am warning customer to stay clear of this product if they don't wish to be scummed into parting with any money, even if its a cent.
It is a fake product, used, nothing close to what is advertised and most importantly NOT FOR RESALE. These are shameless cheats.

Not as advertised! Not in HP Packaging!

I would have thought this issue would be corrected by now...the cartridges came in plain brown wrapper, not HP. as another buyer indicated, HP makes clear on their website that unless you have the HP packaging, you cannot be sure it is new HP product. I love Amazon, but they will be notified of this misrepresentation. Have not put them in the printer yet, but if the printer indicates they are not new, I am returning them.
